METHOD AND DEVICE TO FORM REPAIRING PART AT STRUCTURE NARROW PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing part forming device adequate for repairing by installing a repair material on a repaired area of a structure narrow part at a superstructure of an elevated concrete structure such as elevated road.SOLUTION: This device comprises a vertical frame 1 capable of being vertically inserted in a structure narrow part and a horizontal frame 2 capable of being horizontally contacted to a lower face of a superstructure and an expansion body 3. The horizontal frame 2 can be disposed under a repaired area. In a side view of the structure, the vertical frame 1 is erected so as to surround the repaired area with the horizontal frame 2 and laid on a top face of the horizontal frame 2 and a corner where the vertical frame 1 intersects the horizontal frame 2 is formed. The expansion body 3 prevents the vertical frame 1 from detaching from the horizontal frame 2 by being disposed and expanding between an edge face opposite to the repaired area and the vertical frame 1, and can charge a repair material in the repaired area surrounded by the horizontal frame 2 and the vertical frame 1. The vertical frame 1, the horizontal frame 2 and the expansion body 3 are removed from the structure after the repairing area are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 本願発明は、高架道路等高架のコンクリート構造物の上部工にて、構造物狭隘部の被補修部位へ補修材を打って補修を行うに適した補修部形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】 この装置は、縦にして構造物狭隘部へ挿入することができる縦型枠１と横にして上部工の下面に当てることができる横型枠２と膨張体３とを備え、横型枠２は被補修部位の下部へ配置することができ、構造物の側面視において、横型枠２と共に被補修部位を取り囲むように縦型枠１は立てた状態にして横型枠２の上面に載せられ、縦型枠１と横型枠２とが交差するコーナーを形成し、膨張体３は、被補修部部位へ対向する端面と縦型枠１との間に配置され膨張することにより横型枠２から縦型枠１が外れるのを防止し、横型枠２と縦型枠１とに囲まれた被補修部位へ補修材を充填させることができ、縦型枠１、横型枠２及び膨張体３は、補修部形成後、構造物から取り除かれる。【選択図】図１
