INSTALLATION METHOD FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SHIELD ROOM, AND SHIELD PLYWOOD PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an electromagnetic wave shield room in a short time while utilizing a shape of the room or a site area at a maximum without using any special coupling member.SOLUTION: On a front face of a rectangular shield plywood panel 27, a metal foil 15 for electromagnetic wave shield is adhered which comprises an expansion part 15a to be electrically connected with a metal foil 15 for electromagnetic wave shield of a plywood panel 14 that is installed at a neighboring position when forming the electromagnetic wave shield room. The rectangular shield plywood panel is previously manufactured within the factory prior to the installation work of the electromagnetic wave shield room. In the installation work of the electromagnetic wave shield room, the expansion part 15a of the metal foil 15 for electromagnetic wave shield of each of the shield plywood panels 27 is solder-bonded to the metal foil 15 for electromagnetic wave shield of the neighboring plywood panel 14, thereby forming the electromagnetic wave shield room which is partitioned by the metal foils 15 for electromagnetic wave shield.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】格別の連結部材を用いることなく部屋の形状や敷地面積を最大限に利用して電磁波シールドルームを短時間で設置できるようにする。【解決手段】電磁波シールドルームを形成する際に隣接する位置に設置される合板パネル14の電磁波シールド用金属箔15と電気的に接続するための張り出し部15aを備えた電磁波シールド用金属箔15を表面に貼着した矩形状のシールド合板パネル27を電磁波シールドルームの設置作業に先駆けて工場内で事前に製造する。電磁波シールドルームの設置作業に際しては、各シールド合板パネル27の電磁波シールド用金属箔15の張り出し部15aを隣接する合板パネル14の電磁波シールド用金属箔15にハンダ接合することによって電磁波シールド用金属箔15で画成された電磁波シールドルームを形成する。【選択図】図２
