To provide an electromagnetic wave shield room that can shorten a construction time and reduce manufacturing cost, and an assembling method of the electromagnetic wave shield room.SOLUTION: Due to directly connection of a plurality of panels to each other, an electromagnetic wave shield room is formed. The panel forming the electromagnetic wave shield room includes a metal plate covering at least one of the front surface and the back surface, and in the joint surface of the panel, a contact portion having elasticity formed by using a part of the one metal plate covering the front surface or the back surface of the panel is provided, and in a state in which the panels are directly connected to each other, the contact portions of the respective panels are in contact with each other, and the respective contact portions are pressed against each other by the elasticity generated by the respective contact portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
