PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine capable of continuously efficiently cutting a projection projected in two places via a swelling obstacle part.SOLUTION: A cutting machine 21 is constituted of an installation tool 22 and a cutting machine body 23, and the installation tool is composed of an installation long plate arranged over the width direction of a steel frame column 12, a side plate 25 provided along a side part of the steel frame column from both end parts of the installation long plate, a pressure contact bolt 26 provided on the side plate and a plate 39 with a locking groove 40 provided on the installation long plate. The cutting machine body is composed of a rotary column 27 rotatably locking on the locking groove, a front plate 29 provided on the rotary column via a connection plate 28, a magnet type installation part 30 freely attachable-detachable to the steel frame column, a rail guide column 31 provided in the installation part, a moving rail 32 provided between the rail guide column and the front plate, a guide part 33 movable along the rail, an installation substrate 34 linked to the guide part, a driving roller driven by a driving motor 35 provided on the installation substrate, a pair of driven rollers 37 opposed to the roller and a cutter 38 for traveling between the rollers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】膨出した障害部を介して2箇所に突設される突起物を連続的に効率よく切断できる切断機を提供する。【解決手段】切断機21は取付治具22と切断機本体23とから構成され、取付治具は、鉄骨柱12の幅方向に渡り配設した取付長板、取付長板の両端部から鉄骨柱の側部に沿って設けた側板25、側板に設けた圧接用ボルト26、取付長板に設けた係止溝40付きプレート39からなる。切断機本体は、係止溝に回動自在に係止する回動支柱27、回動支柱に連結板28を介して設けた正面板29、鉄骨柱に着脱自在の磁石式取付部30、取付部に設けたレールガイド支柱31、レールガイド支柱と正面板の間に設けた移動用レール32、該レールに沿って移動可能なガイド部33、ガイド部に連設される取付基板34、取付基板に設けた駆動モータ35に駆動される駆動ローラ、該ローラに相対する一対の従動ローラ37、ローラ間で走行するカッター38からなる。【選択図】図2
