PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing material processing device which can suitably enhance producibility.SOLUTION: A drilling device 52 for forming a prepared hole on a metal floor girder and a metal floor beam and a wooden substrate material which constitute a framework of a housing comprises a drill 63, and a control apparatus 54 for controlling drive of the drill 63. As a mode of drive control by the control apparatus 54, a first drive control mode involving a first rotational speed in which a rotational speed of the drill 63 is relatively fast and a first feed speed in which a feed speed of the drill 63 is relatively fast, and a second drive control mode involving a second rotational speed in which a rotational speed of the drill 63 is relatively slow and a second feed speed in which a feed speed of the drill 63 is relatively slow are set. In the case where a processing object is changed from the substrate material to the girder or the beam, the drive control mode is changed from the first drive control model to the second drive control mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】製造効率を好適に向上させることができる建材用加工装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】建物の骨組みを構成する金属製の床大梁及び床小梁と木製の下地材とに下穴を形成する穴あけ装置52は、ドリル63とドリル63の駆動制御を行う制御装置54とを備えている。制御装置54による駆動制御の態様としては、ドリル63の回転速度が相対的に速い第1回転速度且つドリル63の送り速度が相対的に速い第1送り速度となる第1駆動制御態様と、ドリル63の回転速度が相対的に遅い第2回転速度且つドリル63の送り速度が相対的に遅い第2送り速度となる第2駆動制御態様とが設定されている。加工対象が下地材から大梁又は小梁に移る場合には、駆動制御の態様が第1駆動制御態様から第2駆動制御態様に切り替えられる。【選択図】 図2
