PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device of a work table with hand posts disposed at four corners.SOLUTION: A work table is provided with a safety rod (11) that opens/closes an entrance (9) between a first hand post (4a) and a second hand post (4b). A first rotary body (12a) and a second rotary body (12b) are respectively provided on the first hand post (4a) and the second hand post (4b), the rotary bodies being rotatable between a stand-by posture resting along the hand post and an operation posture protruding toward a work space on a top plate. Rotary shaft means (29) of the safety rod (11) is fitted pivotally and rotatably on the first rotary body (12a), to be rotatable between a hanging posture resting along the first hand post (4a) and a horizontal posture protruding toward the second rotary body (12b). The first rotary body (12a) and the second rotary body (12b) are to be held in the operation posture while engaging the safety rod (11) in the horizontal posture to the second rotary body (12b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】４隅に手掛かり棒を配置した作業台の安全装置を提供する。【解決手段】第１手掛かり棒(4a)と第２手掛かり棒(4b)の間の乗降口(9)を開閉する安全ロッド(11)を設けた作業台において、前記第１手掛かり棒(4a)及び第２手掛かり棒(4b)のそれぞれに前記手掛かり棒に沿う待機姿勢と天板の作業空間に向けて突出する作動姿勢の間で回動自在な第１回動体(12a)と第２回動体(12b)を設け、安全ロッド(11)の回動軸手段(29)を第１回動体(12a)に回動自在に軸着し、第１手掛かり棒(4a)に沿う垂下姿勢と第２回動体(12b)に向かう水平姿勢との間で回動するように構成し、安全ロッド(11)を水平姿勢として第２回動体(12b)に係止した状態で、第１回動体(12a)及び第２回動体(12b)を前記作動姿勢として保持するように構成している。【選択図】図６
