FIRE-RESISTANT CEILING BACKING MATERIAL ATTACHMENT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a fireproof coating layer with proper earth-resisting ability in H-shaped steel that is a ceiling beam material, and form the fireproof coating layer by efficient work.SOLUTION: A spacer metal 2 is interposed between a ceiling hanger bolt 1 and an H-shaped steel F that is a ceiling beam material. The spacer metal 2 is attached to the H-shaped steel F via a spacer bracket 3. A fireproof coating layer 4 is formed on the H-shaped steel F in a state in which a lower part 2a of the spacer metal 2 is exposed. The ceiling hanger bolt 1 is suspended from the exposed part 2a of the spacer metal 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天井梁材であるＨ型鋼に耐火能力の良好な耐火被覆層を形成し、耐火被覆層を効率的な作業によって形成すること。【解決手段】天井梁材であるＨ型鋼Ｆと天井吊りボルト１との間にスペーサー金物２を介在して、スペーサー金物２をスペーサー支持金具３を介してＨ型鋼Ｆに取り付け、Ｈ型鋼Ｆに耐火被覆層４をスペーサー金物２の下部２ａが露出する状態で形成し、スペーサー金物２の露出部２ａに天井吊りボルト１を吊持するようにした。【選択図】図１
