POSITIONING METAL FITTING OF PRESSURE RECEIVING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning metal fitting installable by positioning so that a pressure receiving structure central part coincides with a lock bolt projection part, without temporarily fastening a pressure receiving structure by using a lath pin metal fitting.SOLUTION: A pressure receiving structure 1 is formed in a lattice shape by being constituted of a horizontal rail 12a and a muntin 12b, and has a rectangular hole part 7 larger than a peripheral square 6 in a central part. A positioning metal fitting 2 has fitting parts 9 and 10 on both sides and a substantially rhombic holding part 11 between the fitting parts by bending one wire spring, and the one fitting part 9 has an inverse U-shaped projecting part 9a formed by bending in a pair of parallel upward directions, and is fitted from below to the horizontal rail 12a positioned on the center line of the hole part 7 between the projecting parts. The other fitting part 10 is fitted to a corner part between the horizontal rail 12a and the muntin 12b so that the upper end bites in the rail. A holding part 11 holds a projection part of a lock bolt by sandwiching from both sides by elastic-repulsive force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】受圧構造物をラスピン金具を用いて仮止めすることなく受圧構造物中央部がロックボルト突出部分に合致するように位置出しして取付けることができる位置決め金具を提供する。【解決手段】受圧構造物1は横桟12aと縦桟12bとで構成されて格子状をなし、中央部には周囲の升目6より大きな矩形の孔部7を備えている。位置決め金具2は一本の線バネを屈曲して両側に取着部9、10を、取着部間に略菱形の保持部11を有し、一方の取着部9は一対の平行な上向きに折り曲げて形成される逆U形状の凸状部9aを有して、凸状部間で孔部7の中心線上に位置する横桟12aに下方より嵌着される。他方の着部10は前記横桟12aと縦桟12bとのコーナ部に上端が桟に食い込むようにして取着される。保持部11は弾発力によりロックボルトの突出部分を両側より挟み込んで保持する。【選択図】図1
