KEY GUIDE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND CYLINDER LOCK MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to form a bearing groove on an a key guide without cutting work.SOLUTION: A key guide manufacturing method prepares a base material having a first face and a second face, which face to each other, and a column face disposed between the first face and the second face. The base material is installed on a holding member that holds the column face of the base material. A cone-shaped groove is formed by punching the first face of the base material installed on the holding member by a cone-shape punch. A column-shaped bearing groove is formed by punching the cone-shaped groove by a column-shaped punch. The second face of the base material on which the bearing groove is formed is formed by press molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】切削加工を用いずにキーガイドに軸受溝を形成する技術を提供する【解決手段】キーガイドの製造方法は、相互に対向する第1及び第2面と、上記第1及び第2面の間に設けられた円柱面と、を有するベース材が用意される。上記ベース材の上記円柱面を保持する保持部材に上記ベース材が設置される。上記保持部材に設置された上記ベース材の上記第1面に錐型パンチで打刻を行うことによって錐状溝が形成される。上記錐状溝に円柱型パンチで打刻を行うことによって円柱状の軸受溝が形成される。上記軸受溝が形成された上記ベース材の上記第2面が押圧成形される。【選択図】図5
