DRY SEPARATION METHOD FOR VOLCANIC EJECTA SEDIMENTED MINERAL, DRY SEPARATION APPARATUS FOR VOLCANIC EJECTA SEDIMENTED MINERAL, FINE AGGREGATE AND VOLCANIC GLASS MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry separation method for volcanic ejecta sedimented mineral capable of enhancing the yield of fine aggregates with a density of 2.5 g/cmor more by improving a conventional method for regulating the particle size of normal shirasu.SOLUTION: An air stream classification apparatus comprises: a classifier group for coarse grain recovery having at least two cyclone classifiers, which remove gravel contents of 5 mm or more particle diameter from volcanic ejecta sedimented mineral to make a normal temperature or high temperature air stream transport the remainder and are connected to a circulating air stream path; a cyclone classifier for fine grain recovery coupled with this cyclone classifier group; and a bag filter for fine powder recovery coupled with this cyclone classifier group. The air stream classification apparatus recovers coarse gains with the cyclone classifier group for coarse grain recovery, fine grains with the cyclone classifier for fine grain recovery, and fine powder with the bag filter for fine powder recovery, thereby recovering fine aggregates from the recovered coarse grains.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の普通シラスの整粒方法の改良を図り、密度が2.5g/cm3以上の細骨材の収率を高めることができる火山噴出物堆積鉱物の乾式分離方法を提供する。【解決手段】 火山噴出物堆積鉱物から粒径5mm超の礫分を除去し、残部を常温又は高温の気流に搬送させ、循環する気流経路に接続された少なくとも2個のサイクロン分級機を有する粗粒回収用のサイクロン分級機群と、このサイクロン分級機群に連結した細粒回収用のサイクロン分級機と、このサイクロン分級機に連結した微粉回収用のバグフィルタとを有する気流分級装置により、粗粒回収用サイクロン分級機群にて粗粒を、細粒回収用サイクロン分級機にて細粒を、微粉回収用バグフィルタにて微粉を回収し、回収された粗粒から細骨材を回収する。【選択図】図1
