DRY TYPE SEPARATION METHOD OF VOLCANIC EJECTA MINERAL DEPOSIT, DRY TYPE SEPARATOR OF VOLCANIC EJECTA MINERAL DEPOSIT, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FINE AGGREGATE AND VOLCANIC GLASS MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type separation method of a volcanic ejecta mineral deposit, that can increase the yield of fine aggregate with a density of 2.5 g/cmor more, and thereby improve a conventional method for regulating particle size of ordinary Shirasu.SOLUTION: A gravel fraction is removed from a volcanic ejecta mineral deposit and the remainder is fed to at least one kind of a wind-force sorter 11 selected from among a circulation type wind-force sorter and a blowing-up type wind-force sorter, in order to be sorted into a coarse grain fraction and a fraction other than the coarse grain fraction. The coarse grain fraction is fed to a specific gravity difference sorter 21 of an air table type, which blows air from below toward a porous plate while oscillating the porous plate inclined at a predetermined angle from a horizontal direction, and then a selection from an upper end of the porous plate is recovered as fine aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
