REINFORCEMENT HOLDING DEVICE FOR GAS PRESSURE WELDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement holding device for gas pressure welding that prevents slipping of a reinforcement held by the reinforcement holding device while setting for pressure welding or during pressure welding of the reinforcement.SOLUTION: A shaft center CB1 of a tightening bolt 38 of a first reinforcement holding device 26 is inclined toward a side away from a second reinforcement 12b, while a shaft center CB2 of the tightening bolt 38 of a second reinforcement holding device 28 is inclined toward a side away from a first reinforcement 12a. As such, the tightening bolt 38 bites into the first reinforcement 12a and the second reinforcement 12b to enhance fastening force. The configuration appropriately prevents slipping of the first reinforcement 12a and the second reinforcement 12b at the portion tightened by the tightening bolt 38, during setting and pressure-welding of the reinforcement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】鉄筋圧接のセッティング中或いは圧接中において、鉄筋把持装置により把持された鉄筋のすべりが防止されるガス圧接用鉄筋保持装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1鉄筋把持装置26の締付ボルト38の軸心CB1は、第2鉄筋12bから離れる側へ傾斜し、第2鉄筋把持装置28の締付ボルト38の軸心CB2は、第1鉄筋12aから離れる側へ傾斜していることから、締付ボルト38から締め着けられた部分の第1鉄筋12aおよび第2鉄筋12bのすべりが締付ボルト38を第1鉄筋12aおよび第2鉄筋12bに食い込ませて締結力を高めることになるので、セッティング中或いは圧接中の鉄筋のすべりが好適に防止される。【選択図】図6
