STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE COUPLING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe sheet pile coupling structure that enables sheet pile joints to be coupled to each other in a water-tight state during a process for coupling mechanical joints to each other, and allows coupling work for steel pipe sheet piles to be performed readily and promptly.SOLUTION: A steel pipe sheet pile coupling structure enables steel pipes to be coupled in an axial direction by fitting mechanical joints 2 provided at a coupling edge part of the steel pipe to each other, and fitting sheet pile joints 3 provided on the steel pipe and a side surface of the mechanical joint 2 to each other. A grout material G may be filled in a fitting space of the sheet pile joint 3 partitioned by the other sheet pile joint 3 to be fitted. A sealant S is also provided in an area of the sheet pile joint between a base edge area and the grout material G, the base edge area being on the mechanical joint 2 side of a top edge surface 3a of one of the sheet pile joints 3 of the sheet pile joints 3 that face each other in the axial direction of the steel pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】機械式継手どうしを連結する手順内で、矢板継手どうしも水密状態に連結でき、鋼管矢板どうしの連結作業を、簡単に且つ迅速に実施できる鋼管矢板連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管の連結端部に備えた機械式継手2どうしを嵌合させて鋼管の軸方向に連結するとともに、鋼管及び機械式継手2の側面に備えた矢板継手3どうしを嵌合させて鋼管の径方向に連結することができる鋼管矢板連結構造であって、矢板継手3は、嵌合される他の矢板継手3とで区画される嵌合空間内にグラウト材Gが充填可能に構成されるとともに、鋼管の軸方向に対向する矢板継手3のうち一方の矢板継手3の上端面3aの、機械式継手2側の基端領域及びグラウト材Gに挟まれた領域に、シール材Sが設けてある。【選択図】図2
