PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction planning system capable of improving productivity at a construction site.SOLUTION: A construction planning system includes: a current topographic data acquisition unit configured to acquire current topographic data indicating the current topography of a construction site; a design topographic data acquisition unit configured to acquire design topographic data indicating the design topography of the construction site; an original unit data acquisition unit configured to acquire original unit data indicating the condition of a work machine for constructing the construction site; a construction planning data calculation unit configured to calculate a construction planning data indicating the construction plan of the construction site on the basis of the current topographic data, the design topographic data and the original unit data; and a construction planning data output unit configured to output the construction planning data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
