PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for planing water management and the like that enables correction of a plan for managing a water supply network based on a difference between a predicted demand and an actual demand.SOLUTION: The apparatus 100 for planing water management includes a determining unit 110 for determining whether a predicted demand should be corrected based on the comparison between the predicted demand and measurement results in a water supply network, a demand prediction correcting unit 120 for correcting the predicted demand based on the measurement results obtained by a determining means, and a management plan correcting unit 130 for correcting the management plan for the equipment of the water supply network based on the corrected demand prediction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
