MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COAL ASH WITH REDUCED COATING WEIGHT OF UNBURNT CARBON AND WASHING SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for reducing unburnt carbon of coal ash by a small amount of water and a small amount of oil for reducing the unburnt carbon of the coal ash with simpler facility and lower washing cost than conventional ones.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a manufacturing method of coal ash with reduced coating weight of unburnt carbon having a process of stirring a coal ash with unburnt carbon added and a mixture containing water and oil of 0.15 to 10 mass% with concentration of a solid component of 65 to 90 mass%. Further in this invention, the mixture preferably contains water of 5 to 25 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、従来よりも簡易な設備と低い洗浄コストで石炭灰の未燃炭素を低減させるために、少量の水と少量の油で、石炭灰の未燃炭素を低減させる方法およびシステムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、未燃炭素が付着した石炭灰と、水と油０．１５〜１０質量％とを含み、固形分の濃度を６５〜９０質量％とした混合物を撹拌する工程を有する、未燃炭素の付着量を低減させた石炭灰の製造方法に関する。さらに、本発明では、混合物が、水５〜２５質量％を含有することが好ましい。【選択図】 図１
