VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE OF PLATE COMPACTOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device of a plate compactor capable of preventing various troubles such as damage of vibration control rubber, by minimizing a tilt angle of an upper structure when receiving impact by falling, after securing an expected clearance between an abutting surface of a buffer member and a partner side member.SOLUTION: Vibration control rubber 4 is arranged in four places of a rear part on a bottom plate 5, and an exciter 6 is arranged in a front part on the bottom plate 5, and a lower structure 2 is constituted. An upper structure 3 is constituted by supporting an engine base 11 for mounting an engine 12 on the vibration control rubber 4, and the bottom plate 5 is excited by driving the exciter 6 by the engine 12 via a belt 23. A rubber buffer member 7 is fixed and extended upward on the bottom plate 5 in a front side position more than a tilting central point P in the longitudinal direction of the upper structure 3 when receiving impact such as falling, and an abutting surface 7a of its upper end is mutually opposed via a predetermined clearance C to an undersurface of the engine base 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】緩衝部材の当接面と相手側部材との間に所期の間隙を確保した上で、落下等による衝撃を受けたときの上部構造体の傾動角を最小限にとどめて、防振ゴムの破損等の種々のトラブルを未然に防止できるプレートコンパクタの防振装置を提供する。【解決手段】底板5上の後部の4箇所に防振ゴム4を配置し、底板5上の前部に加振装置6を配置して下部構造体2を構成する。防振ゴム4上にエンジン12等を搭載したエンジンベース11を支持して上部構造体3を構成し、ベルト23を介してエンジン12により起振装置6を駆動することで底板5を加振する。落下等の衝撃を受けたときの上部構造体3の前後方向の傾動中心点Pよりも前側位置で、底板5上にゴム製の緩衝部材7を固定して上方に延設し、その上端の当接面7aをエンジンベース11の下面に対して所定の間隙Cを介して相対向させる。【選択図】図5
