PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building inner wall structure that enables an inner wall to be disposed independently of an outer wall and can maintain appearance quality on the indoor side without using a decorative material.SOLUTION: An inner wall frame 104 to which an inner wall material 112 is fit has a cross rail 108 on an upper side of a building, which is fixed to a ceiling part 42 by a nail 110, and the cross rail 108 on a lower side of the building, which is fixed to a floor part 48 by the nail 110. The inner wall frame 104 is disposed on a surface on an outer wall 54 side of the inner wall material 112, the cross rail 108 on the upper side of the building is fastened by the nail 110 from below the building, and the cross rail 108 on the lower side of the building is fastened by the nail 110 from above the building. Thus, installation sections between the inner wall frame 104 and the ceiling 42 and between the inner wall frame and the floor part 48 are covered by the inner wall material 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外壁に対して内壁を独立して配置することができると共に、化粧材を用いることなく屋内側の外観品質を維持することができる建物の内壁構造を得る。【解決手段】内壁材１１２が取り付けられた内壁フレーム１０４は、その建物上方側の横桟１０８がネイル１１０によって天井部４２に固定されると共に、その建物下方側の横桟１０８がネイル１１０によって床部４８に固定されている。また、内壁フレーム１０４が内壁材１１２の外壁５４側の面に配置され、ネイル１１０が建物上方側の横桟１０８を建物下方側から留め付けると共に、ネイル１１０が建物下方側の横桟１０８を建物上方側から留め付けている。このため、屋内側から見て、内壁フレーム１０４と天井部４２及び床部４８との取付箇所が内壁材１１２で覆い隠された状態となる。【選択図】図１
