ANGULAR-ADJUSTABLE WALE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular-adjustable wale that may be installed at a corner of earth retaining walls continuing in two directions, for supporting the earth retaining walls safely and securely.SOLUTION: An angular-adjustable wale comprises a wale 3 attached on one wall surface 2a of an earth retaining wall 2 that continues in two directions, a wale 4 attached on the other wall surface 2b, and a rotary mechanism 5 rotatably connecting the wales 3 and 4 to each other in the direction of the earth retaining wall 2. The rotary mechanism 5 comprises a pair of connection metal fittings 7 and 8 fitted on edge parts of the wales 3 and 4. The connection metal fitting 7 includes a pair of upper and lower horizontal flanges 7a and 7b protruding from the edge part of the wale 3, and a shaft bearing 7c and a rotary shaft 7d provided on the upper and lower horizontal flanges 7a and 7b respectively in an upward direction. The connection metal fitting 8 includes a pair of upper and lower horizontal flanges 8a and 8b protruded from the edge part of the wale 4, and a rotary shaft 8d inscribed rotatably on the shaft bearing 7c and a shaft bearing 8c circumscribed rotatably on the rotary shaft 7d, the rotary shaft and the shaft bearing being provided on the upper and lower horizontal flanges 8a and 8b respectively in a downward direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】二方向に連続する山留め壁のコーナ部に設置することが可能で、山留め壁を安全にかつ確実に支持できる自在角度腹起しを提供する。【解決手段】二方向に連続する山留め壁2の一方の壁面2aに添え付けられる腹起し3と他方の壁面2bに添え付けられる腹起し4と腹起し3,4同士を山留め壁2の方向に沿って回転可能に連結する回転機構5とから構成する。回転機構5は腹起し3,4の端部に取り付けられた一対の連結金具7,8から構成する。連結金具7は腹起し3の端部に突設された一対の上下水平フランジ7a,7bと、上下水平フランジ7a,7bにそれぞれ上向きに設けられた軸受け7cと回転軸7dを有する。連結金具8は腹起し4の端部にそれぞれ突設された一対の上下水平フランジ8a,8bと、上下水平フランジ8a,8bにそれぞれ下向きに設けられ、かつ軸受け7cに回転可能に内接する回転軸8dと回転軸7dに回転可能に外接する下向きの軸受け8cを有する。【選択図】図1
