PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member capable of fixing a functional panel on a roof surface so that a rear face side of the functional panel can be easily accessed.SOLUTION: A fixing member fixes a solar panel 50 that is obliquely disposed and is fixed on a cross member 34. The fixing member comprises: a stationary part 81 with predetermined width in front-back direction; a movable part 83, which is fixed at a position behind a center in front-back direction of the solar panel 50; a shaft part 82, which rotatably connects the stationary part 81 and the movable part 83. A shaft line of the shaft part 82 is parallel with an extending direction of the cross member 34 at a position behind in front-back direction a center in width direction of the stationary part 81. A stationary structure (a bottom face part 81a, an insertion hole 81d), which butts to at least either the upper wall part 34a or the front wall part 34b of the cross member 34 and is fixed to the cross member 34, is disposed on the stationary part 81.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
