VERGE CAP FOR HORIZONTAL ROOFING ROOF AND ROOF STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide development of a verge cap for a horizontal roofing roof and a roof structure using the same, the cap that enables construction, for example, without requiring sheet metal working such as nail clamping and folding.SOLUTION: A verge cap 1 of the present invention comprises a cap body 10 where a top plate part 12 and a side plate part 13 are bent and formed in a laterally cross-sectional shape, and a long rod-shaped insertion piece 11 combined to this cap body 10. The verge cap is characterized in that an insertion piece holding unit 15 is provided in the free end side to the side plate part 13 in the cap body 10, and on the other hand, the insertion piece 11 comprises an insertion fixing part 11a fitted into the insertion piece holding unit 15, and a stopper stop part 11b coming into abutment with the inside of an overhang edge 32 in a verge base 3 while the insertion piece 11 is fitted in the insertion piece holding unit 15. Also, the cap body 10 is characterized by providing a roof face plate grip part 14 being externally fitted to a disconnected end of a roof surface part 41 in a horizontal roofing material 4 at the free end side of the top plate part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 例えば釘留めや折り曲げ等の板金加工を要することなく、簡易に施工できるようにした横葺き屋根用ケラバキャップ並びにこれを用いた屋根構造の開発を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明のケラバキャップ1は、天板部12と側板部13とが断面横L字状に屈曲形成されたキャップ本体10と、このキャップ本体10に組み合わされる長杆状の差込片11とを具え、キャップ本体10における側板部13には、その自由端側に差込片保持部15を有し、一方、差込片11は、差込片保持部15に嵌まる差込固定部11aと、差込片11を差込片保持部15に嵌め込んだ状態で、ケラバ下地3における張り出し縁部32の内側に当接する抜け止め当たり部11bとを具えることを特徴とする。また、キャップ本体10は、天板部12の自由端側に、横葺き屋根材4における屋根面部41の切り放し端部に外嵌めされる屋根面板つかみ部14を設けることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
