ROOF MATERIAL ARRANGEMENT METHOD FOR LONG HORIZONTAL ROOFING MODULE ROOF MATERIAL
To provide an arrangement method for a long horizontal roofing roof material to solve the problem in which rules for allocating the roof material to a roof surface have been hard to understand as they have been different at each work site conventionally and it has taken much time and effort for constructing the roof material at the work site.SOLUTION: In an arrangement method for a long horizontal roofing module roof material of the present invention, at the roof of a building having a slope, where the roof has a corner ridge or a trough, a horizontal projection dimension of a working length of the roof material is an integral submultiple of a design unit dimension of the building, a working width dimension of the roof material is an integral multiple of the horizontal projection dimension of the working length and is two or more times larger than that. When the roof material is arranged at each step, it is arranged dislocated by an integral multiple of the horizontal projection dimension of the working length of the roof material in a direction from one end to other end relative to a girder direction. The roof materials have a shape standardized in a roof end such as a flat ridge part, a corner ridge part, a verge part, a wall edge part, a three-forked part, a flat ridge bent part, a trough part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は長尺横葺き屋根材の配置方法における技術であり、従来の長尺横葺き屋根材の配置方法は、屋根面に屋根材を割り付けるルールが現場ごとに異なるため分かりにくいという課題があった。また、現場での屋根材の施工に手間が掛かるという課題があった。【解決手段】本発明の長尺横葺きモジュール屋根材の配置方法は、勾配を有する建物の屋根であって、屋根は隅棟又は谷を有する屋根において、屋根材の働き長さの水平投影寸法が建物の設計単位寸法の整数分の一であり、屋根材の働き幅寸法が働き長さの水平投影寸法の二倍以上の整数倍であり、屋根材を一段毎に配置する際に、桁方向に対して一方の端部からもう一方の端部方向に屋根材の働き長さの水平投影寸法の整数倍をずらして配置し、陸棟部、隅棟部、ケラバ部、壁際部、三又部、陸棟曲がり部、谷部などの屋根端部に規格化した形状の屋根材を配置する。【選択図】 図1
