METHOD FOR REPLACING MAIN POST OF ANGLE STEEL TOWER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for replacing a main post of an angle steel tower easily and reliably while maintaining a truss structure.SOLUTION: A method for replacing a main post of an angle steel tower is characterized by: providing a support material 4 for making top and bottom ends be supported by other main posts 1 connected to the top and bottom ends of a replacement target main post 1; removing a web member 3 joined to the highest web member drawing point of the replacement target main post 1; cutting and removing the main post 1 of a place to the web member drawing point and an upper second web member drawing point; connecting a new main post short piece 5a to the main post 1 of the higher side of the cutting position; joining the removed web member 3 to the new main post short piece 5a; repeating these work sequentially from the top; and replacing the replacement target main post 1 to a new main post 5 comprising multiple main post short pieces 5a while forming a truss structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】トラス構造を維持しながら、容易かつ確実に山形鋼鉄塔の主柱材を取替える工法を提供する。【解決手段】山形鋼鉄塔の主柱材の取替え工法において、上下端を取替え対象主柱材1の上下端に接続された他の主柱材1に支持させた支え材4を設け、取替え対象主柱材1の、最上位の腹材引付点に接合されている腹材3を取り外し、当該腹材引付点と上位2番目の腹材引付点までの箇所の主柱材1を切断、撤去し、新規な主柱材短片5aを前記切断箇所の上位側の主柱材1に接続し、当該新規な主柱材短片5aに前記取り外した腹材3を接合し、これらの作業を上から順に繰り返し、トラス構造を形成したまま、取替え対象主柱材1を複数の主柱材短片5aから成る新規な主柱材5に取替える。【選択図】 図1
