EXCAVATION AND AGITATION ROD, EXCAVATION AND AGITATION MACHINE, AND COLUMNAR IMPROVEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavation and agitation rod or the like that can agitate soil and a solidifying material efficiently without requiring any heavy and long mechanism, and can be mounted even on a compact excavation agitation machine and used in a narrow field.SOLUTION: An excavation and agitation rod 5 which excavates and agitates the ground while inserted into solidifying material slurry to discharge it from nearby a tip comprises: a rotary rod 50 which can be rotated clockwise and anticlockwise by a liftable driving mechanism 4 and is inserted into the solidifying material slurry; an excavation blade 51 which is fitted to a tip of the rotary rod 50 and abuts on the ground while rotating to excavate the ground; and an agitation blade 52 which is fitted onto the rotary rod 50 above the excavation blade 51, and rotates together with the rotary rod 50 to agitate the solidifying material discharged from the rotary rod 50 and soil of the soft ground. Agitation blades 52 are fitted in two upper and lower stages on the rotary rod 50 at an interval, and at least two or more longitudinal agitation rods 53 made of rod materials are extended at one of the agitation blades 52 between those two stages of the agitation blades 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】重厚長大な機構を必要とせずに効率よく土壌と固化材を撹拌することができ、小型の掘削撹拌機にも装着可能で狭隘な現場でも使用可能な掘削撹拌ロッド等を提供する。【解決手段】固化材スラリーを挿通して先端付近から吐出しながら地盤を掘削撹拌する掘削撹拌ロッド5において、昇降可能な駆動機構4により正逆両方向に回転可能で固化材スラリーを挿通する回転ロッド50と、この回転ロッド50の先端に取り付けられ回転しながら地盤に当接して地盤を掘削する掘削翼51と、この掘削翼51上方の回転ロッド50上に取り付けられ、回転ロッド50とともに回転して回転ロッド50から吐出した固化材スラリーと軟弱地盤の土壌を撹拌する撹拌翼52と、を備え、撹拌翼52を、回転ロッド50上に間隔をおいて上下2段に取り付けるとともに、これら2段の撹拌翼52間に、棒材からなる縦撹拌棒53を撹拌翼52の片翼に少なくとも2本以上、上下に架け渡す。【選択図】図2
