REPAIR MATERIAL FOR CYLINDRICAL PART, UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE FACILITY PROVIDED WITH THE SAME, AND REPAIR METHOD FOR CYLINDRICAL PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair material for a cylindrical part that allows a deteriorated or damaged part of the cylindrical part to be easily repaired regardless of the location thereof, along with an underground drainage facility provided with the repair material and a repair method for the cylindrical part.SOLUTION: A repair material 1 includes: a first annular member 2 inserted into a cylindrical part 52 such that a first hole part 10 is positioned on an invert flow channel 56; a standing pipe 4 having a cylindrical body 40, a flexible seal member 44 protruding outward from the cylindrical body 40 in a radial direction and having an outer diameter greater than an inner diameter of the cylindrical part 52, and a support member 41 having a protruded length shorter than a protruded length of the seal member 44 and supporting the seal member 44 when the seal member 44 is deflected in an axial direction of the cylindrical body 40, the standing pipe being laid out on the first annular member 2 such that a second hole part 45 is positioned on the first hole part 10; mortar 5 filled in a space partitioned by an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 52 and the standing pipe 4; and a cover 6 covering an opening at a top of the cylindrical body 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】筒部の劣化箇所または破損箇所によらずに当該筒部を容易に補修することが可能な筒部の補修部材、それを備えた地下排水施設、および筒部の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】補修部材1は、インバート流路56の上に第1孔部10が位置するように筒部52に挿入される第1環状部材2と、筒体40と、筒体40から径方向の外方に突出し、筒部52の内径よりも大きい外径を有する可撓性のシール部材44と、突出長さがシール部材44の突出長さよりも短く、シール部材44が筒体40の軸方向に撓むときにシール部材44を支える支持部材41とを有し、第2孔部45が第1孔部10の上に位置するように第1環状部材2上に配置される立管4と、筒部52の内周面と立管4とにより仕切られた空間に充填されたモルタル5と、筒体40の上方の開口を覆う蓋6とを備えている。【選択図】図1
