PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop member capable of definitely contacting with a water stop panel and a target for water stopping when water is stopped even if the target for water stopping has concavity.SOLUTION: A second water stop member 4 stops water by lying between a water stop panel 2, which stops water at an aperture that communicates between outdoor side and indoor side of a structure, and an installation surface 300 on which the water stop panel 2 is installed. The second water stop member 4 comprises: an insertion part 41, which is inserted and held in an insertion space of the water stop panel 2; and a protrusion 42, which protrudes from the insertion part 41 to outside of the water stop panel 2 and contacts the installation surface 300 and a member forming the insertion space when water is stopped. The insertion part 41 and the protrusion 42 are elastic members. An insertion protrusion 43, which protrudes on the installation surface 300 side, is formed on a surface 42a of the protrusion 42, which faces the installation surface 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
