MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM FOR FLOOR PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel that is provided with a vertically locking system in a short edge.SOLUTION: A building panel has a locking system to be locked in the vertical direction by the vertical displacement to each other of a first building panel 1 and a second building panel 1'. In the edge of the first building panel, there is provided a tongue groove 20 opened laterally. A strip 6 is protruded outwardly ahead of the upper section of the edge of the first building panel under the tongue groove. A displaceable tongue 30 is provided in a displacement groove 40 opened laterally at the edge of the second building panel. The displaceable tongue comprises a main body extending along the edge of the second building panel, and a tongue locking surface 31 disposed in the upper part outer portion of the displaceable tongue. The tongue locking surface is formed so as to collaborate with a groove locking surface 21 of the tongue groove for locking the first and second building panels in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】短縁部に垂直係止システムが設けられたフロアパネルを提供する。【解決手段】建物用第１パネル１及び建物用第２パネル１’の互いに対する垂直方向変位によって、垂直方向で係止するための係止システムを持つ建物用パネルであって、前記建物用第１パネルの縁部には、側方に開放したタング溝２０が設けられ、ストリップ６が前記タング溝の下で前記建物用第１パネルの縁部の上部分を越えて外方に突出し、前記建物用第２パネルの縁部の側方に開放した変位溝４０には、変位可能なタング３０が設けられている。前記変位可能なタングは、前記建物用第２パネルの縁部に沿って延びる主本体と、前記変位可能なタングの上部外方部分に配置されたタング係止面３１とを含み、前記タング係止面は、第１及び第２の建物用パネルを垂直方向で係止するため、前記タング溝の溝係止面２１と協働するように形成されている。【選択図】図２
