GELATINOUS COMPOSITION AND WATER ABSORPTION INHIBITOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water absorption inhibitor containing organoalkoxysilane, capable of being impregnated into a surface of a porous material deeply, adding water absorption property without deteriorating appearance without generating dripping during application.SOLUTION: There is provided a gelatinous composition containing (A) organoalkoxysilane represented by the formula (1) and/or a partial hydrolysis condensate of the organoalkoxysilane of 100 pts.mass, RSi(OR)(1), Ris each independently a C1 to 20 monovalent hydrocarbon group, Ris each independently a C1 to 8 monovalent hydrocarbon group and a is an integer of 1 to 3, (B) dicarboxylic acid aluminum represented by the formula (2) of 0.3 to 20 pts.mass, (RCOO)Al(OH)(2), where Ris each independently a C1 to 25 monovalent hydrocarbon group and (C) aliphatic acid having 6 to 24 carbon atoms of 0.3 to 20 pts.mass and a water absorption inhibitor consisting of the gelatinous composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】オルガノアルコキシシランを含有する吸水防止剤であって、多孔質材料表面に深く浸透することができ、外観を損なうことなく吸水防止性を付与することができ、塗布時に液だれを生じない吸水防止剤の提供。【解決手段】(A)式(1)で示されるオルガノアルコキシシラン及び/又は該オルガノアルコキシシランの部分加水分解縮合物100質量部R1aSi(OR2)4−a(1)(R1は各々独立にC1〜20の1価炭化水素基;R2は各々独立にC1〜8の1価炭化水素基;aは1〜3の整数)、(B)式(2)で示されるジカルボン酸アルミニウム0.3〜20質量部(R3COO)2Al(OH)(2)(R3は各々独立にC1〜25の1価炭化水素基)、及び(C)炭素数6〜24の脂肪酸0.3〜20質量部を含有するゲル状組成物、及び該ゲル状組成物からなる吸水防止剤。【選択図】なし
