METAL FITTING AND STRUCTURE FOR INSTALLING SUPPORT POST FOR MOORING MAIN ROPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure for erecting a support post for mooring a main rope on a concrete mold using a commercially available metal fitting for a concrete mold, when constructing a beam and a floor slab of all construction floors of a building including a topmost floor.SOLUTION: A male screw part of a commercially available bracing tube 9 is inserted from an inner surface side of a concrete mold toward outside, and a fastening metal fitting of a wedge-type body and others having a female screw part is screwed on the outside of the concrete mold for fixing. Then, a fixing pin 6 of an installation metal fitting 1 for a support post for mooring a main rope is fitted in a fitting hole of the bracing tube, for fixing the installation metal fitting on the inner surface side of the concrete mold. The installation metal fitting is fixed at two locations on the inner surface of the concrete mold, at top and bottom. A support post 2 for mooring a main rope is inserted into an insertion hole formed on a support post receiving plate 4 of the top and bottom installation metal fittings, and a bottom end side of the support post is brought in contact with a top surface of the beam and floor of the concrete mold, for erecting the support post for mooring the main rope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物の最上階を含む全ての施工階の梁及び床スラブの建込に際し、市販されている型枠用金物を利用して型枠に親綱係留用の支柱を立設することができる取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】市販されているハリカン9の雄螺子部を、型枠内面側から外部へ挿通させて、型枠外部において、雌螺子部を有するくさび式本体等の締め金物を羅着させて固定する。次に、ハリカンの嵌合孔へ親綱係留用支柱取付金具1の固定用ピン6を嵌合させて、取付金具を型枠内面側へ固定する。取付金具は、型枠内面の上下二箇所において固定する。上下の取付金具の支柱受板4に設けられた挿通孔へ親綱係留用の支柱2を挿通させてその下端側を型枠の梁床上面へ当接させ、親綱係留用の支柱を型枠へ立設する。【選択図】図2
