ELECTRIC FURNACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric furnace capable of suppressing occurrence of temperature unevenness in gas flow in heating an atmospheric gas in a reaction tube.SOLUTION: An electric furnace is composed of a cylindrical reaction tube 10 extended in a vertical direction, a steam generator 14 supplying steam into the reaction tube 10 as an atmospheric gas, a sheath heater 151 for heating the atmospheric gas, a porous tray 8 having a number of vent holes through which the atmospheric gas passes, a heater 16 for baking for baking a molding 9 disposed on the porous tray 8, and a gas flow control member 12 for controlling the flow of the atmospheric gas. The gas flow control member 12 has a bottomed cylindrical guide portion 121 coaxially disposed in the reaction tube 10, and an annular partitioning wall portion 122 connecting an upper end of the guide portion 121 and an inner wall of the reaction tube 10. The guide portion 121 has two or more ventilation through holes 123 near an upper end, and the through holes 123 are disposed on different positions in a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】 雰囲気ガスを反応管内において加熱する際のガス流に温度むらが生じるのを抑制することができる電気炉を提供する。【解決手段】 上下方向に延びる円筒状の反応管10と、水蒸気を雰囲気ガスとして反応管10内に供給する蒸気発生装置14と、雰囲気ガスを加熱するシーズヒータ151と、雰囲気ガスを通過させる多数の通気孔を有する多孔性トレイ8と、多孔性トレイ8上に配置された成形体9を焼成するための焼成用ヒータ16と、雰囲気ガスの流れを制御するガス流制御部材12により構成される。ガス流制御部材12は、反応管10内に同軸に配置される有底円筒状のガイド部121と、ガイド部121の上端及び反応管10の内壁を繋ぐ環状の隔壁部122とを有する。ガイド部121は、上端付近に2以上の通気用の貫通孔123を有し、貫通孔123が周方向の異なる位置に設けられる。【選択図】 図6
