PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a light selective transmission function to a transparent heating plate.SOLUTION: A transparent heat generating plate 10 includes a pair of substrates 11 and 12 and a heat generating conductor 30 disposed between the pair of substrates 11 and 12. The heat generating conductor 30 includes a plurality of conductive thin wires 31 arranged in a first direction d1 along the plate surface of the transparent heat generating plate 10, and conductive thin wires 31 that are extending in a second direction d2 not parallel to the first direction d1 and parallel to the plate surface and include a light absorption surface 35 that absorbs the incident light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
