DECK MATERIAL FIXING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck material fixing structure, which can narrow a clearance between deck materials and prevent the deck materials from displacing.SOLUTION: Deck materials 10 on both sides have a concavity 13 on side surfaces that face each other. One deck material has a protrusion piece 14, which protrudes from a side part on undersurface side. The other deck material has a cutout part 15 in order to receive the protrusion piece. A fixture 20 has a pressing part 21, which butts to a top face of the protrusion piece, and a pair of latching parts 23, which are latched to the concavity formed on the deck materials on both sides. The pair of latching parts formed on the fixture are placed at the concavity of the deck material in a state where the protrusion piece of one deck material is put in the cutout part of the other deck material, and a screw member 30 is made to penetrate the protrusion piece of the deck material from above the pressing part of the fixture and screwed on a joist or a substrate material. A clearance width W between top faces of the deck materials on both sides is smaller than a head part outer diameter D1 of the screw member. An entire length L of the screw member is shorter than the height H of an inside upper end face 13a of the concavity formed on the deck materials on both sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】デッキ材間の隙間を小さくでき、デッキ材のズレを防止したデッキ材の固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】両側のデッキ材10は対向する側面に、凹部13を有し、一方のデッキ材は下面側の側部から突出形成された突片部14を有し、他方のデッキ材は突片部を呑み込むための切欠き部15を有し、固定具20は、突片部の上面に当接する押え部と21、両側のデッキ材に設けた凹部に係止する一対の係止部23を有し、一方のデッキ材の突片部を他方のデッキ材の切欠き部に呑み込ませた状態で固定具に設けた一対の係止部をデッキ材の凹部に位置させ、ネジ部材30を固定具の押え部の上からデッキ材の突片部を貫通させて根太又は下地材にネジ止めする。ネジ部材の頭部外径寸法D1よりも両側のデッキ材の上面側の隙間幅Wの方が小さく、且つネジ部材の全長Lが両側のデッキ材に設けた凹部の内側上端面13aの高さ寸法Hよりも短い。【選択図】図1
