To provide a deck material fixing metal fitting capable of forming a gap having a width of 5 mm between the deck materials preferably even when a wooden synthetic deck material is used, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A deck material fixing metal fitting 1 according to the present invention comprises a bottom part 2, a first vertical part 3a and a second vertical part 3b that extend vertically from right and left side edges of the bottom part respectively, and a first engagement part 4a and a second engagement part 4b that extend right and left and outward from upper ends of the first vertical part and the second vertical part respectively. A cut-out part is formed continuously to the first vertical part 3a and the second vertical part 3b from the center position of the bottom part 2, and bulging parts 9a, 9b for sandwiching a machine screw are formed above the cut-out part at the first vertical part 3a and the second vertical part 3b respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】木質合成デッキ材を用いる場合においても、デッキ材同士の間に５ｍｍ幅の隙間を好適に形成することができるデッキ材固定金具、及び、その製造方法等を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るデッキ材固定金具１は、底部２と、その左右両側縁からそれぞれ垂直方向へ延在する第一垂直部３ａ、及び、第二垂直部３ｂと、それらの上端からそれぞれ左右外側方向へ延在する第一係止部４ａ、及び、第二係止部４ｂとを有し、底部２の中央位置から第一垂直部３ａ、及び、第二垂直部３ｂまで連続するように切欠部が形成され、第一垂直部３ａ、及び、第二垂直部３ｂにおける切欠部の上方に、ビスを挟持するための膨出部９ａ，９ｂがそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴としている。【選択図】図１
