GROUT INJECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of grout filling and reduce a burden when filling the grout.SOLUTION: A grout injection method includes the following steps for: forming a gap 62A above a lower column member 12 and mounting a connecting part 14A of a first beam member 14; inserting a reinforcing bar (a beam reinforcing bar 54) protruding from either of a side edge surface 14E of the connecting part 14A or a side edge surface 16E of a second beam member 16 into a beam connection hole (a sleeve 30) formed on the other of the side edge surface 14E of the connecting part 14A or the side edge surface 16E of the second beam member 16, and arranging the second beam member 16 by forming a gap beside the connecting part 14A; arranging a joint member around a gap 62A above the lower column member 12 and the gap 64A beside the connecting part 14A, for forming a column capital joint space 62 and a beam joint space 64 that are connected with each other; and injecting grout into the column capital joint space 62, the beam joint space 64, or the beam connection hole, for continuously filling the grout into the column capital joint space 62, the beam joint space 64, and the beam connection hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】グラウト充填の確実性を高めると共に、グラウトを充填する手間を減らす。【解決手段】グラウト注入方法は、下柱部材12の上部に隙間62Aをあけて第1梁部材14の仕口部14Aを載置する工程と、仕口部14Aの側端面14E又は第2梁部材16の側端面16Eの何れか一方から突出した鉄筋(梁鉄筋54)を、仕口部14Aの側端面14E又は第2梁部材16の側端面16Eの他方に設けられた梁接続孔(スリーブ30)に挿入し、仕口部14Aの側部に隙間をあけて第2梁部材16を配置する工程と、下柱部材12の上部の隙間62Aと仕口部14Aの側部の隙間64Aの周囲に目地部材を配置して、互いに連通した柱頭目地空間62と梁目地空間64とを形成する工程と、柱頭目地空間62、梁目地空間64、又は梁接続孔へグラウトを注入し、柱頭目地空間62、梁目地空間64、及び梁接続孔に連続してグラウトを充填する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図2
