GROUT INJECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress inflow of a grout into a through-hole from another through-hole, for ensuring reliability of grout filling.SOLUTION: A grout injection method includes the following steps for: communicating a plurality of connection holes (sleeves 22) formed on a top edge surface 12A of a lower column member 12 with a through-hole (a sheath pipe 24) penetrating through a connection part 14A of a beam member (a first beam member 14) in a vertical direction using communicating means (a packing 26), and forming a gap 62A between the lower column member 12 and the connection part 14A; forming a gap 66A between an upper column member 18 and the connection part 14A while inserting a reinforcing bar (a column reinforcing bar 44) protruding from a lower edge surface 18A of the upper column member 18 into the through-hole, the communicating means and the connection hole; and injecting grout from the connection hole for filling the grout in the connection hole, the communicating means, and the through-hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】一の貫通孔から他の貫通孔にグラウトが流入することを抑制して、グラウト充填の確実性を高める。【解決手段】グラウト注入方法は、下柱部材12の上端面12Aに設けられた複数の接続孔(スリーブ22)と、梁部材(第1梁部材14)の仕口部14Aを上下方向へ貫通する貫通孔(シース管24)とを、連通手段(パッキン26)を介して連通させると共に、下柱部材12と仕口部14Aとの間に隙間62Aを形成する工程と、貫通孔、連通手段及び接続孔へ、上柱部材18の下端面18Aから突出した鉄筋(柱鉄筋44)を差し込んだ状態で、上柱部材18と仕口部14Aとの間に隙間66Aを形成する工程と、接続孔からそれぞれグラウトを注入して、接続孔、連通手段、及び貫通孔にグラウトを充填する工程と、を有する。【選択図】図1
