COVERING MATERIAL FOR DRAIN PIPE JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering material that facilitates covering, for covering an outer surface of a part of a drain pipe joint penetrating through a floor slab, the drain pipe joint being arranged to penetrate through the floor slab of a building and is made of a thermoplastic resin, thereby suppressing an increase in weight, preventing drainage noise to be conveyed through the floor slab, and preventing spreading of a flame and smoke at a time of fire to adjacent floors through the drain pipe joint.SOLUTION: A covering material for a drain pipe joint is formed as a cylindrical form simulating an outer surface form of a drain pipe joint 51, and comprises a first sound absorbing layer 13 made of a sponge material, a second sound absorbing layer 15 made of an assembly of inorganic fibers, and a waterproof and sound insulating skin layer, in this order starting from an inner side, and encloses a thermal expansion material 21 on at least one location in an axial direction along a circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】建物の床スラブを貫通して配管される熱可塑性樹脂製の排水管継手の床スラブを貫通する部分の外面を被覆することで、重量の増加を抑制しながら、床スラブを伝う排水の音に対する防音が可能であるとともに、火災時に排水管継手を通じて上下の階へ延焼したり煙が拡がったりするのを防止することとが可能な、被覆が容易な被覆材を提供する。【解決手段】排水管継手51の外面形状を模った筒状に形成されており、内側から順に、スポンジ材からなる第1の吸音層13と、無機繊維の集合体からなる第2の吸音層15と、防水性と遮音性の表皮層とを備え、軸方向の少なくとも一箇所において周に沿って熱膨張材21が内包されている。【選択図】図5
