SCAFFOLD CONSTRUCTION METHOD, AND SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold construction method and a scaffold constructed by the method, the method being for aligning height positions of tread boards when the height positions of the tread boards differ between two types of scaffolds.SOLUTION: A plurality of single-pipe columns 2 are connected in a vertical direction, the column having binding positions formed at a constant interval. The connected single-pipe columns are lined up in a row, and connected by a cloth material 18. Then, an overhanging bracket 20 and a cloth material 21 are engaged to a binding holder of the single-pipe column 2, on which tread boards 25 are laid in a row for constructing a first scaffold A. On the other hand, a plurality of frames 3 are connected in a vertical direction, and the connected frames are lined up in a row and connected by a diagonal brace 35 and a lower crosspiece 38. Then, the tread boards 25 are lined up in a row on the adjacent frames 3, for constructing a second scaffold B. In the process, height positions of the tread boards 25 of the first scaffold A and the second scaffold B are aligned by adjusting an interval between the binding position, which is placed on a tenon side when the single-pipe columns 2 are connected in the vertical direction, and the binding position placed on a furthest mortice side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】2種類の足場の間で踏み板の高さ位置が異なる場合に、その踏み板の高さ位置を同じにするための足場の構築方法及びその方法で構築した足場を提供すること。【解決手段】一定間隔で緊結ポジションが設けられた複数の単管支柱2を上下方向に連結し、これを列状に並べて布材18で連結する。そして、単管支柱2の緊結ホルダーに張り出しブラケット20や布材21を係合させてその上に踏み板25を列状に配置して第1の足場Aを構築する。一方、複数の建枠3を上下方向に連結し、これを列状に並べて筋交35と下桟38で連結する。そして、隣接する建枠3上に踏み板25を列状に配置して第2の足場Bを構築する。このとき、単管支柱2を上下に接続した際のほぞ側に配置される緊結ポジションと最もほぞ孔側に配置される緊結ポジションとの間隔を調整することで第1の足場Aと第2の足場Bの踏み板25の高さを一致させる。【選択図】図1
