METHOD FOR REPLACING SEISMIC ISOLATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for replacing a seismic isolator, which enables a seismic isolator to be replaced by jacking up a protrusion of a building frame even if a space for installing a jack device cannot be secured below the protrusion.SOLUTION: When an existing seismic isolator 10x which is disposed between a protrusion 6 and a supporting part 2 located below the protrusion 6 is replaced with a new seismic isolator, the protrusion 6 being located below a column 4a of a building frame 4 of a building and protruding downward, a plurality of through-holes 22 are horizontally formed in the protrusion 6, and a shaft member 23 is inserted in each of the plurality of through-holes 22 in such a way that both ends of the shaft member 23 protrude from a side face of the protrusion 6. A bracket 24 is coupled to the end of the shaft member 23. The existing seismic isolator 10x is replaced with the new seismic isolator by installing a jack device 20 below the bracket 24 and jacking up the protrusion 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】躯体の突出部の下方にジャッキ装置を設置するスペースが確保できない場合であっても、突出部をジャッキアップして免震装置の交換を可能とする免震装置の交換方法を提供する。【解決手段】建築物の躯体4のうち柱4aの下方に位置するとともに下方に向かって突出する突出部6と、この突出部6の下方に位置する支持部2と、の間に設けられた既存免震装置10xを新規免震装置に交換するに際し、突出部6に対して水平方向に複数の貫通孔22を形成し、複数の貫通孔22のそれぞれに、軸材23を、その両端部が突出部6の側面から突出するようにして挿入し、軸材23の端部に、ブラケット24を連結し、ブラケット24の下方にジャッキ装置20を設置して突出部6をジャッキアップしてから、既存免震装置10xを新規免震装置に交換する。【選択図】図3
