ELASTIC WASHER AND JUNCTION STRUCTURE OF LUMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise construction efficiency by facilitating handling of an elastic washer.SOLUTION: A spring 10 having a bolt insertion part 13 is overlapped with a planar washer substrate 1 having a bolt hole 5 to be made into a state in which the bolt hole 5 is communicated with the bolt insertion part 13 (a)(b). In the state, both circumferential parts are covered with a film 20 in which an upper opening 21, a lower opening 22 are secured to be made into an elastic washer 30 (c)(d). The elastic washer 30 has structure without including a nut 57, and becomes a state in which the washer substrate 1 and the spring 10 maintain a relative position by the film 20. In a state of attaching the film 20, the elastic washer is attached to a surface 35 of a lumber 35, and used by passing a shaft of a bolt 33 through the upper opening 21, the bolt insertion part 13, the bolt hole 5, the lower opening 22, and tightening a nut 36 to the shaft of the bolt 33 (b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】弾性座金の取り扱いを容易として、施工効率を高める。【解決手段】ボルト孔５を有する平板状の座金基板１に、ボルト挿通部１３を有するスプリングばね１０を重ねて、ボルト孔５とボルト挿通部１３とを連通させた状態とする（ａ）（ｂ）。この状態で、両外周部を、上部開口２１、下部開口２２を確保したフィルム２０で被って、弾性座金３０とした（ｃ）（ｄ）。 弾性座金３０は、ナット５７を含まない構成で、フィルム２０により座金基板１とスプリングばね１０とが相対位置を保つ状態となる。フィルム２０を装着した状態で、木材３５の表面３５に装着して、ボルト３３の軸を上部開口２１、ボルト挿通部１３、ボルト孔５、下部開口２２に通して、ボルト３３の軸にナット３６を締め付けて使用する（ｂ）。【選択図】図１
