JUNCTION STRUCTURE OF LUMBER AND JOINTING METAL FITTINGS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumber junction structure that can maintain lumber jointing strength even if low density material is used as lumber, and jointing metal fittings for the junction structure.SOLUTION: The lumber junction structure is made by connecting a joint surface 11 of first squared timber 10 onto a joint surface 21 of a second squared timber 20 via jointing metal fittings 30, in which the first squared timber 10's joint surface 11 has a recess 12 into which the jointing metal fittings 30 are inserted, and the jointing metal fittings 30 consist of a bottom plate 31 in touch with the recess 12's bottom surface, side plates 32, which extend toward outside of the recess 12 from both positions across the center of the bottom plate 31 and is in surface contact with the side of the recess 12, and a protrusion 33 which, extending between the side plates 32 on the bottom plate 31, protrudes from the recess 12, and the second squared timber 20's joint surface 21 has a slit 22 into which the protrusion 33 is fitted, and when the protrusion 33 is fitted and fixed into the slit 22, the joint surface comes into surface contact with the surface portion around the recess 12 out of the joint surface 11 of the first squared timber 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低比重材を木材として用いる場合であっても、木材の接合強度を維持することのできる木材の接合構造及び該接合構造に用いられる接合金具を提供する。【解決手段】木材の接合構造は、第1の角材10の接合面11と第2の角材20の接合面21を接合金具30を介して接合するものであり、第1の角材10の接合面11は、接合金具30が挿入される凹部12を有し、接合金具30は、凹部12の底面に接触する底板部31と、底板部31の中心を挟んだ両位置から凹部12の外側に向けて延出されて凹部12の側面に面接触する側板部32と、底板部31における側板部32の間から延出されて凹部12から突出した突出部33とを有し、第2の角材20の接合面21は、突出部33が嵌合されるスリット22を有し、突出部33がスリット22に嵌合されつつ固定された状態で、第1の角材10の接合面11のうち凹部12の周囲に位置する面部位に対して面接触する。【選択図】図1
