FITTING DEVICE OF BASEBOARD FOR SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when positioned on the lower side of the footboard, an execution width of the footboard narrows, and that when placing the horizontal band plate part on the footboard, risk of breaking is caused by adding excess force to a horizontal band plate part by deflection of a footboard, in a conventional baseboard fitting structure.SOLUTION: An installing metal fitting for installing a baseboard of a predetermined height on the side of a work floor, is formed by connecting a C-shaped clamp capable of sandwiching the baseboard from above-below along the height direction and a pipe clamp attachable-detachable to a vertical pipe erected on the side of the work floor by a horizontal member. The C-shaped clamp forms a jaw plate part in respective upper-lower parts of a vertical plate part by bending a steel plate of a predetermined width, and the horizontal member is projected on a back face on the opposite side of the jaw plate part of the vertical plate part, and the upper side jaw plate part is liftably provided with a presser plate part of a predetermined width capable of sandwiching the baseboard with the lower side jaw plate part. The presser plate part comprises a downward claw for gripping the baseboard in the thickness direction. The horizontal member is fixed at a right angle or obliquely to the vertical plate part of the C-shaped clamp, and is also angle-variably provided sometimes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の幅木取付構造は、水平帯板部を踏板の上に載せる場合には、踏板の実行幅が狭くなるし、踏板の下側に位置させる場合には踏板の撓みによって水平帯板部に余分な力が加わって破壊するおそれがあった。【解決手段】作業床の側方に所定高さの幅木を設置する取付金具であって、幅木を高さ方向に沿って上下から挟持可能なC形クランプと、作業床の側方に立設した縦パイプに着脱可能なパイプクランプとを水平材で連結してなる。C形クランプは、所定幅の鋼板を折り曲げて垂直板部の上下それぞれに顎板部を形成し、垂直板部の顎板部とは反対側の背面に水平材を突設すると共に、上側の顎板部には下側の顎板部とで幅木を挟持可能な所定幅の押え板部を昇降可能に設けてなる。また、押え板部は、幅木を厚み方向に把持する下向きの爪を有する。水平材は、C形クランプの垂直板部に対して直角、または斜めに固定するほか、角度可変に設けることもある。【選択図】図1
