FITTING TOOL FOR SCAFFOLD BASEBOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting tool for a scaffold baseboard that may be used as means for fitting a baseboard as a safety measure to a scaffold installed temporarily for high-place work by a worker at a construction site.SOLUTION: A fitting tool for a scaffold baseboard includes a pipe clamp 1 fitted on a support post of a temporary scaffold erected beside a scaffold plate, and a baseboard fixing member 2 fitted to the pipe clamp 1 and sandwiching a top edge side of a baseboard with the support post. The pipe clamp 1 includes two sandwiching members 4, 5 connected openably/closably by a support shaft 3, and a fastening bolt nut 6 that moves the sandwiching member to close so as to sandwich the support post between the two sandwiching members. The baseboard fixing member 2 is fitted on an outer edge part of a rotary shaft 8 that rotatably penetrates through the sandwiching member 4 on a side of the pipe clamp 1. A large-diameter shaft part 10 for fall-out prevention is installed serially on an inner edge part of the rotary shaft 8, a tip surface 10a of the large-diameter shaft part 10 of the rotary shaft 8 press-contacting a peripheral surface of the support post when the support post is sandwiched between the two sandwiching members 4, 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建設工事現場において作業者の高所作業用に仮設される足場に安全対策用の巾木を取り付ける手段として活用出来る足場用巾木取付け用具を提供する。【解決手段】足場板の横に立設されている仮設足場用支柱に取り付けられるパイプクランプ１と、このパイプクランプ１に取り付けられて巾木の上側辺を支柱との間で挟持する巾木固定部材２から成り、パイプクランプ１は、支軸３によって開閉自在に連結された２つの挟持部材４，５、及び両挟持部材を閉動させて当該２つの挟持部材間で支柱を挟持させる締結用ボルトナット６から成り、巾木固定部材２は、パイプクランプ１の一方の挟持部材４を回転自在に貫通する回転軸８の外端部に取り付けられ、当該回転軸８の内端部には、抜け止め用の大径軸部１０が連設され、２つの挟持部材４，５間で支柱を挟持させたとき、回転軸８の大径軸部１０の先端面１０ａが支柱の周面に圧接される構成。【選択図】図１
