PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit capable of preventing from getting deformed or damaged when being lifted up, even with no beam or digit.SOLUTION: A building unit, which is prefabricated in a place other than construction site and which constitutes a part of a building, includes: one or more units which are prefabricated in a place other than construction site; and a water-use facility (toilet etc.) which is previously installed in at least one or more units in a place other than construction site. A first unit 11 includes: plural pillars 31; a foundation 32 fixed to the lower part of the plural pillar 31; a face plate 33 bridged on the upper part of the plural pillar 31; and a hooking structure which is provided to a lower part of the first unit 11 hookable with a hoisting accessory for foisting the first unit 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】梁又は桁が設けられていなくても、吊り上げられた場合に変形又は破損するのを抑制することができる建築ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】建築現場以外で予め組み立てられ、建物の一部を構成する建物ユニットであって、各々が、建築現場以外で予め組み立てられた１以上のユニットと、１以上のユニットの少なくとも１つに建築現場以外で予め設置された水廻り設備（トイレなど）とを備え、第１ユニット１１は、複数の柱３１と、複数の柱３１の下部に固定された土台３２と、複数の柱３１の上部に架け渡された面材３３と、第１ユニット１１の下部に設けられ、第１ユニット１１を吊るすための吊具が係止可能な係止構造とを備える。【選択図】図５
