PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit capable of preventing from getting deformed or damaged by supporting lifting.SOLUTION: A column base fitting 100 includes: a lower plate 110 which is coupled and fixed to a base; an upper plate 120 provided with a tenon part 140 which is inserted into a mortise formed on a butt end of a column; a vertical plate 130 which is disposed vertically on the lower plate 110 to support the upper plate 120; and a roping part 160 protruding from the lower face of the upper plate 120 toward the lower plate 110 with the front end separated from the lower plate 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8A
