COLUMN BASE FITTING
To provide a column base fitting capable of absorbing a position error of an anchor bolt, having high rigidity to a horizontal load, and capable of improving earthquake resistance.SOLUTION: A column base fitting 11 has a structure in which a lower plate 21 and an upper plate 45 are connected by a connection piece 41, a step 23 is provided on the upper surface of the lower plate 21, an opening 22 capable of housing an anchor bolt 82 with a margin is provided on the bottom surface of the step 23, and a rectangular seat plate (31 etc.) is fitted into the step 23. The seat plate (31 etc.) is provided with a shaft hole 39 for inserting the anchor bolt 82, the distance between two opposite sides of the seat plate (31 etc.) is a dimension for fitting the step 23 without looseness, and a plurality of kinds of seat plates (31 etc.) are prepared with different arrangement of the shaft holes 39. By fitting a seat plate (31 etc.) corresponding to the positional error of the anchor bolt 82 into the step 23, the positional relation between the column base fitting 11 and the anchor bolt 82 is restricted not by friction but by contact between the upright surfaces, high rigidity is obtained, and earthquake resistance is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンカーボルトの位置誤差を吸収可能で、しかも水平荷重に対して高い剛性を有し、耐震性の向上などを実現可能な柱脚金物を提供すること。【解決手段】柱脚金物11は、下板21と上板45を接続片41で結んだ構造で、下板21の上面には段差23を設け、段差23の底面には、アンカーボルト82を余裕で収容可能な開口22を設け、段差23には矩形状の座板(31等)を嵌め込む。座板(31等)にはアンカーボルト82を差し込むための軸穴39を設けるほか、座板(31等)の対向二辺の間隔は、段差23に緩みなく嵌まり込む寸法で、さらに座板(31等)は、軸穴39の配置が異なる複数種類を用意する。そしてアンカーボルト82の位置誤差に応じた座板(31等)を段差23に嵌め込むことで、柱脚金物11とアンカーボルト82との位置関係は、摩擦ではなく直立面同士の接触によって拘束され、高い剛性を得られ、耐震性が向上する。【選択図】 図1
