PILE PRESS-IN/PULL-OUT MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile press-in/pull-out machine for improving working efficiency, by distributing hydraulic pressure output to pile press-in/pull-out means and auger excavation means in response to a work form and a work load in the pile press-in/pull-out machine for pressing in/pulling out a pile to the ground, by combinedly using the pile press-in/pull-out means and the auger excavation means driven by hydraulic pressure.SOLUTION: A pile press-in/pull-out machine is equipped with a first hydraulic pump 20 driven by an engine 10 for supplying hydraulic pressure as a power source of pile press-in/pull-out means 40 and a second hydraulic pump 30 driven by the engine 10 for supplying the hydraulic pressure as a power source of auger excavation means 50, and in independent operation time of the pile press-in/pull-out means 40, the total output of the hydraulic pressure outputted from the first hydraulic pump 20 and the second hydraulic pump 30 can be used as the power source of the pile press-in/pull-out means 40, and in simultaneous operation time, the hydraulic pressure outputted from the first hydraulic pump 20 is used as the power source of the pile press-in/pull-out means 40, and the hydraulic pressure outputted from the second hydraulic pump 30 is used as the power source of the auger excavation means 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】油圧によって駆動する杭圧入引抜手段及びオーガ掘削手段を併用して杭を地盤内に圧入・引抜する杭圧入引抜機であって、作業形態や作業負荷に応じて杭圧入引抜手段及びオーガ掘削手段に対する油圧出力を分配することによって、作業効率を向上させた杭圧入引抜機を提供する。【解決手段】杭圧入引抜手段40の動力源としての油圧を供給するエンジン10によって駆動する第1油圧ポンプ20と、オーガ掘削手段50の動力源としての油圧を供給するエンジン10によって駆動する第2油圧ポンプ30を装備し、杭圧入引抜手段40の単独作動時には、第1油圧ポンプ20と第2油圧ポンプ30から出力する油圧の合計出力を杭圧入引抜手段40の動力源として使用可能とするとともに、同時作動時には、第1油圧ポンプ20から出力する油圧を杭圧入引抜手段40の動力源として、第2油圧ポンプ30から出力する油圧をオーガ掘削手段50の動力源として使用する。【選択図】図1
