PILE PRESS-IN MACHINE, PILE PRESS-IN METHOD, AND PILE PULL-OUT MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure large reactive force while mitigating moment generated by the reactive force and press-in force or pull-out force, when pressing in or pulling out a pile by gaining the reactive force from an existing pile.SOLUTION: A pile press-in/pull-out machine 1 includes: a first clamp device 21a for gripping an existing pile; a second clamp device 34 for gripping the existing pile; a chuck device 25 having an opening through which a pile may be inserted in a vertical direction, and pressing a side surface of the pile inserted through the opening from outside, for gripping the pile; and lifting/lowering drive devices 24, 32 that drive the chuck device for lifting/lowering, relative to the first clamp device and the second clamp device. A pile 4b is pressed into a ground (or pulled out) by taking reactive force on both sides, while gripping: an existing pile 4c by the first clamp device, the existing pile 4c being adjacent in a first direction to a press-in position of the pile 4b gripped by the chuck device; and an existing pile 4a by the second clamp device, the existing pile 4a being adjacent in a direction other than the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設杭から反力を得て杭を圧入又は引抜するに際して、圧入力又は引抜力と反力とで生じ得るモーメントを低減しつつ大きな反力を容易に確保する。【解決手段】杭圧入引抜機1は、既設杭を把持する第1クランプ装置21aと、既設杭を把持する第2クランプ装置34と、杭を上下に挿通させる開口を有し当該開口に挿通させた杭の側面を外側から押圧して当該杭を把持するチャック装置25と、第1クランプ装置及び第2クランプ装置に対してチャック装置を昇降駆動する昇降駆動装置24,32とを備える。チャック装置により把持した杭4bの圧入位置に対し一方向に隣接した既設杭4cを第1クランプ装置により把持し、前記一方向と異なる他の方向に隣接した既設杭4aを第2クランプ装置により把持した上で、両側に反力をとって杭4bを地盤に圧入する(引抜も可)。【選択図】図1
