HINGE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure which can maintain appearance of a surface of a member and can ensure an opening of the member to a high degree without enlarging the hinge structure.SOLUTION: A rack unit 3 includes a first gear presser 14 and a second gear presser 15 for energizing a pinion gear 9 meshed with a rack gear 13 to a direction of the rack gear 13, and a door 2 includes a sliding surface 10 abutted to the first gear presser 14, and a first protrusion 11 abutted to the second gear presser 15. The first gear presser 14 and the sliding surface 10 are abutted with each other in turning of the door 2 from a close position to a switch opening set in advance, and abutting between the first gear presser 14 and the sliding surface 10 is released and the second gear presser 15 and the first protrusion 11 are abutted with each other in turning of the door 2 from the switch opening to a maximum opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ヒンジ構造を大型化させることなく、部材表面の美観を維持し、部材の開度を大きく確保する。【解決手段】ラックユニット3はラックギア13に歯合したピニオンギア9をラックギア13方向に付勢する第1のギア押え14および第2のギア押え15を備え、扉2は第1のギア押え14に当接する摺動面10と第2のギア押え15に当接する第1の突部11とを備え、扉2の閉位置から予め設定された切替開度までの回動では、第1のギア押え14と摺動面10とが当接し、扉2の切替開度から最大開度までの回動では、第1のギア押え14と摺動面10との当接が解除され、第2のギア押え15と第1の突部11とが当接する。【選択図】図3
