QUANTITATIVE SUPPLY DEVICE AND QUANTITATIVE SUPPLY SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative supply device that can quantitatively supply soil and sand accurately over an extended period of time, while preventing the occurrence of clogging, etc., regardless of grain sizes or properties of soil and sand such as gravel soil or viscous soil, even while being a relatively easy and low-cost configuration.SOLUTION: A quantitative supply device 1 of the present invention is provided for quantitatively supplying the supplied material including soil or sand to a downstream step. The quantitative supply device includes a vessel 10 with a bottom surface opened, a horizontal plate-like element 20 with the vessel 10 mounted thereon, a horizontal conveyance mechanism 100 for horizontally moving the vessel 10 on the plate-like element 20, and an ejection opening 30 adjacent to the plate-like element 20. The quantitative supply device is characterized in that the vessel 10 is horizontally moved to the plate-like element 20 by the horizontal conveyance mechanism 100, and the supplied material in the vessel 10 is quantitatively supplied by free falling from an overlapping portion between the bottom surface of the vessel 10 and the ejection opening 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
