QUANTITATIVE SUPPLY SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative supply device which can accurately and quantitatively supply sediment over a long period of time while suppressing occurrence of clogging regardless of particle sizes and properties of sediment such as gravelly soil and cohesive soil with a comparatively easy and inexpensive structure.SOLUTION: A quantitative supply device 1 which quantitatively supplies an object to be supplied containing soil or sand to a downstream step includes: a vessel 10 having an opened bottom surface; a horizontal plate-like element 20 on which the vessel 10 is mounted; a horizontal movement mechanism 100 horizontally moving the vessel 10 on the plate-like element 20; and a discharge opening 30 adjacent to the plate-like element 20, where the supply device makes the horizontal movement mechanism 100 move the vessel 10 horizontally to the plate-like element 20, and quantitatively supplies the object to be supplied in the vessel 10 by free fall from an overlapping portion between the bottom surface of the vessel 10 and the discharge opening 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 比較的簡単で低コストな構成でありながら、礫質土や粘性土など土砂の粒径や性状などにかかわらず、詰まりなどの発生を抑制しつつ、長時間に亘って正確に土砂を定量的に供給することができる定量供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、土或いは砂を含む被供給物を下流工程に定量供給する定量供給装置1であって、底面が開放されたベッセル10と、該ベッセル10が載置される水平な板状要素20と、該板状要素20の上で前記ベッセル10を水平移動させる水平移動機構100と、前記板状要素20に隣接された吐出開口30と、を備え、前記水平移動機構100により前記ベッセル10を前記板状要素20に対して水平移動させて、ベッセル10の底面と、吐出開口30と、の重畳部分から、ベッセル10内の被供給物を自由落下により定量供給することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
